Proofreading is the last step of the review process. It checks for details like punctuation, spelling, and consistent capitalization and tense. Editing occurs before proofreading. It focuses on developmental and substantive elements like structure, story flow, prose, character consistency, clarity, and the writing itself. Click here for more information.
Manuscripts vary in content, length, font usage, and line spacing, which make it difficult to give you a timeframe without reviewing a few sample pages. Feel free to send these to us via email or share with us on Google Docs. Be sure to include the number of words in your manuscript. After our review, we will send you an email containing time and cost estimates.
Rates for services vary by service type, word count, and manuscript length. Please call or email us for the rates on all services.
We offer long-form writing services, which consist of projects containing 1,500 words or more. Click here to review the details.
